The Dr. Thomas N. Pesola Memorial Scholarship fund is proud to announce Anthony Gatti as our first scholarship recipient! Please click here for more details on this deserving candidate. We have also funded a two week camp stay at Camp Joslin for a young diabetic boy with demonstrated financial need.

The Dr. Thomas N. Pesola Memorial Scholarship fund was established after Tom's death in 2009. A lifelong diabetic who came from humble beginnings, Dr. Pesola relied on scholarship money for the economically and medically unfortunate. In that vein, the fund awards scholarship money to Massachusetts residents who pursue higher education, diabetes research, or attend workshops or camps to learn how to manage their diabetes.
